Preparation

- Add granulated sugar and brown sugar to the melted mixture and whisk until combined.

- Whisk in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until no dry flour is visible.
- Fold in the chocolate chunks.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Baking
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Check doneness with a toothpick; it should come out with a few wet crumbs.
Cooling
- Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before slicing.
Notes
Serve at room temperature for best texture. Warm briefly in the microwave for a lava-like experience. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
