  • 1 pack Maria cookies These cookies form the base layers.
  • 397 g condensed milk A sweet base for the dessert.
  • 354 ml evaporated milk Adds creaminess.
  • 190 g cream cheese Must be at room temperature for easy blending.
  • to taste peach syrup Used for dipping cookies.
  • optional extra sliced peaches For garnishing.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Blend the condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream cheese, and 5-6 peach halves until smooth.
  2. Dip the Maria cookies quickly in the peach syrup to avoid sogginess.
  3. Layer the dipped cookies in a mold, followed by a layer of the creamy peach mixture. Repeat the layers, ending with cream.
  4. Top with sliced peaches if desired, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Serving
  1. Slice into the chilled dessert using a warm knife for clean cuts.
  2. Serve with a sprig of mint on top and pair with iced tea or Prosecco.

Notes

Store leftovers tightly covered in the fridge for up to 3 days. For the best flavor, chill overnight.
