Preparation
- Blend the condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream cheese, and 5-6 peach halves until smooth.
- Dip the Maria cookies quickly in the peach syrup to avoid sogginess.
- Layer the dipped cookies in a mold, followed by a layer of the creamy peach mixture. Repeat the layers, ending with cream.
- Top with sliced peaches if desired, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Serving
- Slice into the chilled dessert using a warm knife for clean cuts.
- Serve with a sprig of mint on top and pair with iced tea or Prosecco.
