Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips Use good-quality for the creamiest texture.
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 bottle Pink or red gel food coloring Use gel, not liquid, for best results.
  • 1/4 cup Valentine’s sprinkles Red, pink, and white.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth and fully melted.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Divide the mixture evenly into two bowls. Tint one bowl with pink or red gel food coloring.
Assembly
  1. Pour the white fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  2. Gently pour the pink fudge mixture on top and spread smooth.
  3. Sprinkle Valentine’s heart sprinkles on top while the fudge is still soft.
Chilling
  1. Refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until firm.
  2. Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into heart shapes with a small cookie cutter.

Notes

For perfect hearts, chill until firm, then use a small cookie cutter and press straight down for neat edges.
