Preparation
- Grab an airtight container and add in all the ingredients: oats, shredded coconut, chia seeds, honey, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and milk.
- Mix everything together until well combined.
- Seal the container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, stir the pudding to blend the ingredients.
- Serve in a bowl with an extra dollop of Greek yogurt and additional shredded coconut on top.
Notes
Store any leftovers in the airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. This pudding gets better as it soaks up the flavors.
