  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk Can substitute with evaporated milk and sugar to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Adds a magical aroma

Preparation
  1. In a saucepan over low heat, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and add the vanilla extract, stirring to combine.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking pan and spread it evenly.
  4. Let it cool at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
  5. Once set, cut into squares and serve.

Notes

This fudge is best served at room temperature. You can garnish with sea salt or cocoa powder, and it stores well in an airtight container for up to a week at room temperature or two weeks in the refrigerator.
