Preparation
- Grab an 8-inch square pan and line it with parchment paper or greased foil.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the chocolate chips and the sweetened condensed milk.
- Place over medium-low heat, stirring gently and constantly until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the lined pan and cool before chilling in the refrigerator until set.
- Once set, pull the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
Notes
Serve at room temperature or chilled. You can add a sprinkle of sea salt on top for a fancy touch. Store in an airtight container for up to a week; refrigerate in warm climates.
