  • 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk

Preparation
  1. Grab an 8-inch square pan and line it with parchment paper or greased foil.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the chocolate chips and the sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Place over medium-low heat, stirring gently and constantly until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into the lined pan and cool before chilling in the refrigerator until set.
  5. Once set, pull the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.

Notes

Serve at room temperature or chilled. You can add a sprinkle of sea salt on top for a fancy touch. Store in an airtight container for up to a week; refrigerate in warm climates.
