- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3–5 minutes.
- Lightly brush the corn with olive oil and place in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 9 minutes, then flip the corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Once done, brush with melted butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper (or elote seasoning), and enjoy warm.
Notes
Serve hot with various toppings like lime wedges, cotija cheese, chili powder, or yogurt-tahini for a Mediterranean twist. Store leftovers properly in the refrigerator or freezer as needed.
