Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually fold in the powdered sugar, mixing until well combined.
- Gently fold in the graham cracker crumbs until they are well blended with the cream mixture.
- Press the mixture firmly into a 9x9 inch baking dish.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Serving
- Once chilled, chop into squares and serve on a plate.
- Optional: Top with extra graham cracker crumbs or a dollop of whipped cream.
Notes
Store tightly wrapped in the fridge for up to a week. This dessert can also be frozen for up to two months.
