  • 1 cup cream cheese Allow to come to room temperature for easier blending.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs Can be substituted with crushed Oreos or nuts.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually fold in the powdered sugar, mixing until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the graham cracker crumbs until they are well blended with the cream mixture.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into a 9x9 inch baking dish.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Serving
  1. Once chilled, chop into squares and serve on a plate.
  2. Optional: Top with extra graham cracker crumbs or a dollop of whipped cream.

Notes

Store tightly wrapped in the fridge for up to a week. This dessert can also be frozen for up to two months.
