Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened Bring to room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar Adjust amount for sweetness preference.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a few drops pink food coloring Add gradually for desired shade.
  • 1/2 cup pastel-colored sprinkles or mini candies (e.g., M and Ms or mini eggs) Optional: can substitute with other small candies.
  • 1/4 cup marshmallow fluff Optional for extra sweetness.
For Serving
  • as needed Graham crackers
  • as needed Pretzels Salted for contrast.
  • as needed Strawberries Fresh for dipping.
  • as needed Marshmallows Soft and pillowy for contrast.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy using an electric mixer.
  2. Gradually mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, beating until fully combined. If using marshmallow fluff, fold it in now.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  4. Stir in a few drops of pink food coloring and fold in half of the sprinkles or candies.
Serving
  1. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, garnish with remaining sprinkles, and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Avoid freezing as it can change the texture. For a lighter version, substitute low-fat cream cheese and whipped topping.
