Preparation
- Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, letting the edges hang over the sides.
Making the Fudge Mixture
- In a saucepan over low heat, warm the smooth peanut butter for 2 to 4 minutes until thin.
- Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and mix gently until blended.
- Heat the mixture for another 30 seconds to a minute until it reaches a texture similar to thick caramel.
Transferring the Fudge
- Pour the fudge mixture into the lined baking dish and smooth out the top.
- Allow it to cool slightly, then refrigerate for 2 to 2.5 hours.
Serving
- Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and slice into squares with a warm knife.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for about a week. You can also freeze the fudge in squares for later enjoyment. For added flavor, mix in vanilla extract or chocolate chips.
