  • 1⅓ cups smooth peanut butter May use crunchy if desired.
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz or 397 g

Preparation
  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, letting the edges hang over the sides.
Making the Fudge Mixture
  1. In a saucepan over low heat, warm the smooth peanut butter for 2 to 4 minutes until thin.
  2. Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and mix gently until blended.
  3. Heat the mixture for another 30 seconds to a minute until it reaches a texture similar to thick caramel.
Transferring the Fudge
  1. Pour the fudge mixture into the lined baking dish and smooth out the top.
  2. Allow it to cool slightly, then refrigerate for 2 to 2.5 hours.
Serving
  1. Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and slice into squares with a warm knife.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for about a week. You can also freeze the fudge in squares for later enjoyment. For added flavor, mix in vanilla extract or chocolate chips.
