Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 ounces pineapple juice (preferably 100% juice) Use freshly blended for a stronger flavor.
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks Can use fresh pineapple that's been frozen.
  • ½ cup vanilla ice cream For a lighter option, consider using Greek yogurt.

Method

Preparation
  1. Toss the pineapple juice, frozen pineapple, and vanilla ice cream into your blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth, stopping periodically to scrape down the sides.
  3. If the mix is too thick, add a splash of pineapple juice; if too runny, add more frozen pineapple or ice cream.
  4. Blend again until you reach a soft-serve consistency.
  5. Serve immediately or freeze for 20-30 minutes for a firmer texture.
Serving Suggestion
  1. Serve the Dole Whip in a bowl or the blender jar, topped with a sprig of mint or whipped cream if desired.

Notes

For a twist, consider adding coconut milk or rum. Freshly blended pineapple adds a richer flavor.
