Preparation
- For a hot dirty chai latte, pour 1/2 cup of chai concentrate into a microwave-safe mug, and heat until steaming (about 30 seconds).
- Add the freshly brewed espresso shots and stir gently to blend the flavors.
- Froth your milk using a milk frother until it's light and creamy.
- Pour the frothed milk over the espresso and chai mixture, and sprinkle a pinch of chai spice blend on top.
Iced Preparation
- For an iced dirty chai latte, fill a glass with ice.
- Mix the espresso shots, chai concentrate, and milk in the glass and stir well.
- Finish with a garnish of chai spice blend if desired.
Alternative Frothing Method
- If you don’t have a milk frother, combine equal parts chai concentrate and milk, heat until steaming, and whisk vigorously for about 20 seconds until frothy.
- Pour this over your espresso shots to enjoy a delicious treat.
Notes
Serve in your favorite mug or glass. Pair with a sweet pastry or comforting cookie for a complete experience. Store leftover chai concentrate in the refrigerator for up to a week.
