  • 1 package 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened Soften to room temperature for best results.
  • 1 container 8-ounce container sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup minced dill pickles Mince finely for texture.
  • 6 ounces dried beef, chopped Taste for salt after adding.
For Serving
  • to taste Chips or crackers for dipping Serve with tortilla strips, rye crisps, or buttered crackers.

Preparation
  1. Stir cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
  2. Add the sour cream, onion powder, minced dill pickles, and chopped dried beef. Stir until combined.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serving
  1. Spoon into a shallow bowl and decorate with extra pickle bits and finely chopped dried beef on top.
  2. Serve chilled with warm tortilla strips, crisp rye crisps, or buttered crackers.

Notes

Keep chilled in an airtight container for 3–4 days. Stir gently before serving; add a dollop of softened cream cheese if the dip loosens.
