Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, toss the diced apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts (if using).
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit slightly and spoon some of the apple mixture onto the center.
- Fold the biscuit dough around the filling to seal it and shape into a bun.
- Place the buns in a greased baking dish and brush them with melted butter.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Frosting
- While the buns bake, mix powdered sugar and milk in a small bowl to make the frosting.
- Once the buns are done, let them cool for a few minutes and drizzle with frosting.
Notes
Best served warm, can enjoy them as they are or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
