Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Drain and rinse the beans thoroughly.
- If using rolled oats, pulse them in a food processor until they turn into a fine flour consistency.
- Add all ingredients except for the chocolate chips to the food processor and blend until smooth.
- Stir in the chocolate chips by hand.
- Spread the batter evenly into a greased 9-inch or 10-inch springform pan.
- Optionally sprinkle more chocolate chips on top.
Baking
- Bake on the center rack for 35 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream and hot fudge. Keep covered at room temperature for up to 2 days, refrigerate for up to 5 days, or freeze portions for up to 2 months.
