Baking
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cookies are set. Let them cool.
Whipped Cream Topping
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar together until soft peaks form.
- Pipe or spread the whipped cream atop the cooled cookies.
Garnishing
- Sprinkle chocolate shavings over the whipped cream topping.
