  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the black cocoa powder, crushed Oreo cookies, and softened butter until they form a crumbly texture.
  3. Stir in the granulated sugar until well blended.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and beat until smooth.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening each slightly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cookies are set. Let them cool.
Whipped Cream Topping
  1. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar together until soft peaks form.
  2. Pipe or spread the whipped cream atop the cooled cookies.
Garnishing
  1. Sprinkle chocolate shavings over the whipped cream topping.
