  • 1/2 cup flour Used to coat the skewers.
  • 2 pieces eggs, beaten Acts as a binding agent.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder For added flavor.
  • 1 tsp paprika Provides a hint of smokiness.
  • to taste Salt and black pepper Adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Oil for frying Choose a suitable frying oil.
  • to taste Fresh parsley for garnish Adds freshness to the presentation.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine chopped shrimp, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Carefully shape the mixture around each wooden skewer into log forms.
Coating
  1. Coat each skewer in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally roll in breadcrumbs until fully covered.
Frying
  1. Heat oil in a deep skillet until hot. Fry skewers until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
  2. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
Serving
  1. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving. Present them as a centerpiece with zesty dipping sauces.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, or freeze uncooked skewers for later use. Reheat in the oven for best results.
