Preparation
- Prep the apples by slicing them into wedges or fries.
- Mix the dry ingredients (flour, breadcrumbs, cinnamon, sugar, and salt) in a bowl.
- Coat the apple slices with the dry mixture.
Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Arrange the coated apple slices in the air fryer basket.
- Spray the apple fries lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook the apple fries in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove from air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with sweet dip or yogurt. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in air fryer or oven for best texture.
