Preparation
- In a saucepan, combine water, milk, butter, sugar, and salt. Let it bubble until frothy.
- Once frothing, stir in the flour until it forms a smooth dough ball.
- Allow the dough to cool slightly before adding eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pipe the dough into bite-sized pieces and snip them to size.
Cooking
- Lightly spray the churro bites with cooking spray.
- Place in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes, until golden.
Finishing
- Mix cinnamon and sugar in a bowl and toss the churro bites in the mixture before serving.
Notes
Best served fresh out of the fryer. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 1-2 days, and reheat in air fryer if needed.
