Crust Ingredients
  • 250 g Tennis biscuits, crushed
  • 100 g melted butter
Filling Ingredients
  • 250 g Cremora powder Non-dairy creamer
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tin condensed milk

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mix the crushed Tennis biscuits with melted butter until well combined.
  2. Press this mixture firmly into the base of a pan to form the crust.
  3. While the crust chills, dissolve the Cremora powder in hot water in a bowl.
  4. Blend the dissolved Cremora with condensed milk and lemon juice until thickened.
  5. Pour the mixture over the biscuit base and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Serving
  1. Cut the chilled tart into wedges and serve on colorful plates.
  2. Optionally, add chopped nuts or chocolate syrup for decoration.

Notes

For added zest, consider incorporating lemon or lime zest. Ensure the tart chills long enough for the flavors to meld.
