Ingredients

Pasta and Seafood Filling
  • 8 pieces lasagna noodles Boil until tender
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 2 tbsp butter For sautéing
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley For garnishing

Method

Preparation
  1. Boil lasagna noodles until tender, then lay flat to cool.
  2. Sauté minced garlic in butter until fragrant, then add shrimp and crab. Stir in the ricotta cheese and seasonings to create a luscious filling.
Making the Sauce
  1. In another pan, whisk flour into the melted butter, gradually pouring in the heavy cream. Mix in mozzarella and Parmesan until the sauce is smooth and cheesy.
Assembling the Dish
  1. Spread a generous layer of the seafood filling onto each noodle, roll tightly, and place them in a baking dish. Pour the cheesy sauce over the top, letting it cascade down the sides.
Baking
  1. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat with a splash of cream or extra cheese on top to restore creamy texture. Make ahead of time and refrigerate before baking for enhanced flavor.
