Ingredients
  

Pasta Ingredients
  • 12 oz spaghetti pasta
Lobster & Sauce Ingredients
  • 12 oz lobster meat, chopped into chunks Fresh or thawed lobster can be used.
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup Parmesan cheese, grated Pecorino Romano can be used as an alternative.
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped For garnish.
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes Adjust for spice preference.
  • to taste salt and black pepper

Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Boil water in a large pot and add the spaghetti. Cook until al dente.
Preparing the Lobster
  1. In a spacious skillet, melt the butter with a splash of olive oil. Add the lobster pieces and sauté until tender.
Making the Garlic Sauce
  1. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Parmesan cheese.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Fold the cooked spaghetti into the creamy sauce, ensuring that the lobster is evenly distributed.
Serving
  1. Twirl the pasta onto serving plates, sprinkle with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes, and serve hot.

Notes

Best served fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat gently, adding a splash of cream if necessary.
