Preparation
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and yogurt until smooth and creamy.

  3. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then whisk again to evenly distribute the chia seeds.
  4. Cover and refrigerate the mixture for at least 4 hours or overnight until thick and creamy.
