  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Preparation
  1. Pat the shrimp dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp until they turn pink and are lightly golden.
  2. Melt butter in the skillet, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is thick and silky.
  4. Return the shrimp to the skillet and coat them in the sauce.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For serving, spoon the shrimp and sauce over fluffy jasmine rice, creamy polenta, or buttered linguine. Serve with crusty bread for mopping and a squeeze of lemon for added freshness. For a casual vibe, tuck the shrimp in warm tortillas.
