Ingredients

For the crust
  • 200 g crushed Oreo cookies Use regular Oreos for the best flavor.
  • 115 g melted butter Unsalted butter is recommended.
For the cheesecake filling
  • 450 g cream cheese Softened at room temperature.
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 120 ml cream Heavy cream works best.
  • 3 eggs Large eggs, at room temperature.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla Pure vanilla extract is ideal.
  • 100 g broken Oreos For topping.
For the ganache
  • 200 g chocolate cream (light ganache or Nutella) Use as a topping.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 165 degrees C.
  2. Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of a cheesecake pan to form a crust.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add condensed milk, cream, and vanilla, mixing until fully blended.
  4. Gently fold in the eggs until just combined, taking care not to overmix.
  5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
Cooling
  1. Allow cheesecake to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Serving
  1. Drizzle with chocolate cream or Nutella and sprinkle broken Oreos on top before serving.

Notes

For variations, consider substituting a portion of the Oreos with your favorite cookies or adding different flavored chocolates for the ganache. Keep the cheesecake fresh in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about a week.
