  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar Adjust to taste
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips Reserve some for garnish
For garnish
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios Optional, for garnish
For serving
  • Graham crackers or fresh fruit For dipping

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese and mascarpone cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Sprinkle in the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in mini chocolate chips, reserving a few for garnish.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl and top with chopped pistachios and reserved chocolate chips.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Serving
  1. Serve with graham crackers or fresh fruit for dipping.
