  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers Adds a crunchy texture.

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. Stir in the cherry pie filling and mini marshmallows.
  5. Fold in the crushed graham crackers.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish or individual cups.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Serve in elegant glass dishes and top with whipped cream and mint. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
