  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (grated) Feel free to swap for a smoky cheese.
  • 1 cup cooked bacon (chopped) Turkey bacon can be used for a lighter option.
  • 1/4 cup green onions (chopped) Add for freshness and flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust according to preference.

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sharp cheddar cheese until it’s creamy and smooth.
  2. Stir in the chopped bacon and green onions.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving

Notes

For an added kick, mix in some chopped jalapeños or a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce. The spread can be made a day in advance for the flavors to deepen and should be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3 to 4 days.
