- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sharp cheddar cheese until it’s creamy and smooth.
- Stir in the chopped bacon and green onions.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
- Serve with your favorite crackers or slices of warm, crusty bread in a lovely bowl.
Notes
For an added kick, mix in some chopped jalapeños or a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce. The spread can be made a day in advance for the flavors to deepen and should be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3 to 4 days.
