- Wash and dry the strawberries. Cut a small flat section off the leaf side of each strawberry.
- Slice each berry into six points, cutting about 3/4 of the way down but leaving the base intact.
Cream Cheese Mixture
- In a mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and beat it on high speed until smooth.
- Gradually mix in the powdered sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract, continuing to blend until creamy.
Assembly
- Fill an icing bag fitted with a star tip (or a Ziploc bag with the corner cut off) with the cream cheese mixture.
- Pipe generously into each strawberry.
- Serve immediately to enjoy their perfect creaminess.

- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top for added texture.
