Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and butter until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry mix to the creamy mixture and stir gently.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
Baking
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool completely before serving.
Notes
Serve with powdered sugar, whipped cream, or fresh berries. Store leftovers in the refrigerator wrapped in plastic or in an airtight container. Can freeze leftovers as well.
