Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Season the turkey breast with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, brown sugar, honey, and orange zest. Cook until cranberries burst and the mixture thickens.
Cooking
- Pour the glaze over the turkey breast in a baking dish.
- Roast the turkey for about 60-75 minutes, basting occasionally with the glaze, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest before slicing and serve with the remaining glaze.
Notes
Make sure to baste the turkey every 15-20 minutes while it’s roasting for maximum flavor. Use fresh cranberries for the best results, but you can use canned cranberry sauce if you're in a pinch. If you want a sweeter glaze, you can add more brown sugar or honey to taste.
