Preparation
- Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the orange extract, orange zest, and dried cranberries.
- If desired, mix in chopped nuts.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until set.
- Once set, remove from the pan and cut into squares.
Notes
Serve chilled or at room temperature. Cut into petite squares and serve with tea or coffee. Keep in an airtight container for up to two weeks or freeze for up to three months. Be sure to melt the chocolate slowly to avoid scorching.
