Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease or line a mini muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Unroll the crescent dough and cut each triangle in half. Press them into mini muffin cups.
- Spoon 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese filling into each cup and add a dollop of cranberry sauce on top.
- If desired, sprinkle with chopped pecans or orange zest.
- Bake in the oven for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
