Preparation
- Break the graham cracker sheets in half. Place 9 graham cracker halves onto a microwave-safe plate.
- Top each graham cracker half with a piece of white chocolate.
- Microwave for 30–45 seconds, until slightly melted, being careful not to overheat.
- Spread marshmallow fluff onto the melted chocolate.
- Add sprinkles on top of the marshmallow fluff.
- Top each with cotton candy.
- Place the remaining graham cracker halves on top. Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
These s’mores are best enjoyed fresh. If storing, assemble without cotton candy and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Add cotton candy just before serving.
