Preparation
- Beat the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
- Add in the cotton candy flavor and mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping with a spatula.
- Stir in the crushed graham crackers (or cookies) until just combined.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows gently.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to firm it up.
Forming the Bombs
- Using a cookie scoop, portion out the chilled mixture into 12 equal balls.
- Roll each ball gently between your palms to form smooth spheres.
- Roll each cheesecake ball in cotton candy until well coated.
- If using, melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over the cheesecake bombs.
Serving
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
Notes
These can be prepared ahead of time. Mix in pieces of cotton candy or add a splash of vanilla extract for additional flavor.
