Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, shredded mozzarella, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir until everything is well incorporated.
  3. Gradually add in the flour of your choice until the mixture forms a sticky dough—don’t be afraid to use your hands!
  4. Shape the dough into sticks and place them onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each.
  5. Brush melted butter generously over the top of each breadstick.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the breadsticks are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  2. Allow them to cool slightly before digging in!

Notes

These breadsticks are best enjoyed warm. Pair with marinara sauce for dipping or serve alongside pasta and salad. Store in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat in the oven for crispness.
