- Place the ice cream, milk, mint extract, and green food coloring in a blender.
- Blend until smooth. Adjust mint extract and food coloring to desired taste and color.
- Pour the shake into glasses and top with whipped cream, sprinkles, and a cherry.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
Milkshakes are happiest fresh. If you’ve got leftovers, freeze in an airtight container for up to a week.
