Ingredients
  

For the base
  • 2 cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
  • ¼ cup butter (melted)
For the cream filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature) Ensure it's at room temperature for smooth blending.
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream Can be substituted with whipped topping for a lighter option.
  • ½ cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies For folding into the cream mixture.
  • 28 pieces mini chocolate sandwich cookies For topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, mix together 2 cups of crushed chocolate sandwich cookies with the melted butter.
  2. Portion the crumbs into 28 plastic cups using a small cookie scoop or spoon.
  3. Press the crumbs into the bottom of each cup using the back of another plastic cup.
Filling
  1. In a separate mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese and granulated sugar using an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
  2. Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract, and whip on medium-high speed until fluffy.
  3. Gently fold in ½ cup of crushed chocolate sandwich cookies.
Assembly
  1. Fill a piping bag with the cream filling mix and pipe into each cup until about ¾ full.
  2. Top each dessert cup with a mini chocolate sandwich cookie or additional cookie crumbs.
  3. Seal the cups with lids and chill in the refrigerator.

Notes

These dessert cups can be enjoyed immediately or stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. For variation, try using different flavor sandwich cookies or topping with melted chocolate.
