  • 140 grams sugar Granulated sugar
  • 140 grams shredded coconut Sweetened or unsweetened as per preference
  • 2 pieces eggs Large eggs, crusts removed

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar and shredded coconut.
  3. Crack the eggs into the bowl and stir until you have a smooth, homogenous mixture.
Baking
  1. Form small balls of the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden.
  3. Let them cool before serving.

Notes

These treats are best enjoyed with a cup of tea or coffee. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
