  • 11 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 14 ounces condensed milk canned
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter softened at room temperature
  • to taste Red or neon pink food coloring use gel for best results
  • 1/2 cup rainbow nonpareils sprinkles
  • 1 cup crushed Circus Animal cookies
  • as needed Whole Circus Animal Cookies for garnishing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare an 8x8 pan by lining it with parchment paper, ensuring the edges hang over for easy removal.
  2. In a large saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and softened butter over low heat.
  3. Cook on low for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.
Mixing and Pouring
  1. Reduce heat and slowly add food coloring gel, mixing until the desired pink color is achieved.
  2. Remove from heat and gently fold in the sprinkles and cookie crumbs, reserving some cookie crumbs for topping.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing the top, and press whole Circus Animal Cookies and larger crumbs onto the surface.
Chilling and Serving
  1. Refrigerate overnight until set. For quicker results, refrigerate for at least 4 to 6 hours.
  2. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into 12 equal squares.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. For longer storage, freeze wrapped squares for up to 3 months.
