Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Wet ingredients
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
Coating
  • 1/4 cup sugar mixed with 1 tablespoon cinnamon For coating the donut holes.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, yogurt, egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir until just mixed.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Cooking
  1. Use a small scoop to make donut holes and place them in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
  2. Air fry for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. While warm, roll the donut holes in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  4. Serve warm and enjoy your cozy treat!

Notes

For best results, don't overmix the batter. Ensure donut holes are not crowded during cooking for even browning. Roll them in sugar while still warm for better coating.
