Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the flour, Greek yogurt, sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder until a smooth dough forms.
- Divide the dough into small pieces and roll them into little balls, about the size of a golf ball.
Frying
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the dough balls in batches until they turn a beautiful golden brown.
- Remove the donut holes from the oil and let them drain on paper towels.
Coating
- In a separate bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
- While still warm, roll the donut holes in the cinnamon sugar mixture until coated.
