Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to a gentle 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Pour in the milk and the melted butter, stirring until a soft dough forms.
  4. On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  5. In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon and brown sugar, then sprinkle it generously over the dough.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut it into spirals.
Baking
  1. Arrange the spirals on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  2. Serve warm, drizzled with icing or enjoy as they are.
