Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line or grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, whisking together.
- In a larger bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition. Add the buttermilk and vanilla.
- Gently fold in the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, being careful not to overmix.
- Fold in the sprinkles gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Optionally, sprinkle with coarse sugar or additional sprinkles.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow it to cool in the pan for 10 to 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Wrap the cooled loaf in wax paper and twine for a charming, gift-ready touch. Store the bread at room temperature for up to three days or freeze tightly wrapped for up to three months.
