Preparation
- Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper and spritz with nonstick cooking spray.
- Divide the sweetened condensed milk evenly into two medium bowls with white chocolate chips in one bowl and semi-sweet chocolate chips in the other.
Melting Chocolate
- Melt the semi-sweet chocolate mixture in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between until smooth. Stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix well.
- Pour the melted semi-sweet chocolate mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave similarly, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Stir in the other teaspoon of vanilla extract and then mix in the Christmas sprinkles.
- Spread the white chocolate mixture over the semi-sweet layer.
Chilling
- Top with additional Christmas sprinkles and refrigerate for at least one hour until set.
- Once set, slice the fudge into bite-sized squares.
Notes
Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. For a special touch, mix in nuts or dried fruits. Feel free to use different chocolate varieties or sprinkles.
