Ingredients
  

Fudge Base
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (divided) Divide evenly between bowls
  • 6 oz white chocolate chips For the top layer
  • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips For the bottom layer
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract (divided) One for each chocolate layer
  • 2 tbsp Christmas sprinkles For topping each fudge layer

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper and spritz with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Divide the sweetened condensed milk evenly into two medium bowls with white chocolate chips in one bowl and semi-sweet chocolate chips in the other.
Melting Chocolate
  1. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate mixture in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between until smooth. Stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix well.
  2. Pour the melted semi-sweet chocolate mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  3. Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave similarly, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Stir in the other teaspoon of vanilla extract and then mix in the Christmas sprinkles.
  4. Spread the white chocolate mixture over the semi-sweet layer.
Chilling
  1. Top with additional Christmas sprinkles and refrigerate for at least one hour until set.
  2. Once set, slice the fudge into bite-sized squares.

Notes

Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. For a special touch, mix in nuts or dried fruits. Feel free to use different chocolate varieties or sprinkles.
