  • 15.25 ounces white cake mix One box
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup clear soda e.g. lemon-lime soda, Ginger-Ale, or club soda
  • 3/4 cup red and green M&Ms
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Optional Garnishes
  • sprinkles Holiday-themed sprinkles can be added
  • red or green food coloring For color enhancement

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two sheet pans with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, and clear soda. Add red or green food coloring if desired.
  3. Stir until fully combined and smooth.
Mixing
  1. Fold in the red and green M&Ms and white chocolate chips gently.
Baking
  1. Scoop 2-inch dollops of dough onto the prepared pans, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  2. Sprinkle optional garnishes on top if desired.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until the centers are set and edges are golden.
  4. Let the cookies cool on the pan for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
