Preparation
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix strawberries, Greek yogurt, and honey together gently.
- Scoop out portions of 2 tablespoons each and spread evenly on the baking sheet.
- Freeze for about 1 hour or until solid.
Chocolate Coating
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
Assembly
- Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, coating both sides.
- Place the chocolate-coated clusters back on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and return to freezer until solid.
Notes
Store the clusters in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to a month. Let them thaw a bit before enjoying.
