Ingredients
  

For the yogurt mixture
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced Fresh strawberries work best.
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt You can use flavored yogurt if preferred.
  • 2 tablespoons honey Adjust sweetness to taste.
For the chocolate coating
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Dark chocolate chips can be used for a richer flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil This helps to make the chocolate glossy.
  • Sea salt, to taste A light sprinkle for added flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix strawberries, Greek yogurt, and honey together gently.
  3. Scoop out portions of 2 tablespoons each and spread evenly on the baking sheet.
  4. Freeze for about 1 hour or until solid.
Chocolate Coating
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil.
  2. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
Assembly
  1. Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, coating both sides.
  2. Place the chocolate-coated clusters back on the baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle with sea salt and return to freezer until solid.

Notes

Store the clusters in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to a month. Let them thaw a bit before enjoying.
