  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened Soften to room temperature for smooth blending.
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted Sift to avoid lumps.
  • 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed Fold gently for volume.
  • 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Dippers
  • Graham crackers, sliced apples or mini pretzel twists For serving.

Preparation
  1. Using a stand mixer with a paddle attachment or a handheld mixer, beat together the softened cream cheese, creamy peanut butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar on low speed, mixing thoroughly until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping with a silicone spatula until smooth.
  4. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours. Stir lightly before serving.
Serving
  1. Spoon into a shallow bowl and set on a platter with colorful dippers: honeyed graham crackers, crisp apple slices, and salt-forward mini pretzel twists.
  2. Serve with small spoons and cocktail napkins for communal grazing.
  3. For a rustic look, serve in a hollowed-out round loaf.

Notes

Keep chilled and cover tightly; refrigerate for up to 4 days. The dip may soften slightly over time, so stir gently before serving. Do not freeze, as whipped topping may separate.
