Ingredients
  

For the crust
  • 2 cups crushed Oreo cookie crumbs, with cream
  • 1/4 cup salted butter, melted and cooled
For the filling
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Chocolate sauce for drizzling
  • 28 pieces Reese’s peanut butter minis

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add the crushed Oreo cookie crumbs to a small mixing bowl. Pour the melted and cooled butter over the crumbs and stir to coat.
  2. Add 2 teaspoons of the buttered crumbs to the cups and tamp down with a spoon.
Filling
  1. In a mixer, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Incorporate the peanut butter until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the cold heavy cream and vanilla, then mix until it thickens.
  4. Transfer the filling to a piping bag and pipe on top of the prepared crumb base.
  5. Drizzle chocolate sauce in a beautiful zigzag pattern, place a peanut butter mini on top, cover, and chill until serving.

Notes

These cups can be served straight from the fridge. Optional garnishes, such as chopped nuts or a sprinkle of sea salt, can elevate the presentation even further.
