Ingredients
  

For the Chocolate Mint Balls
  • 200 g Arnotts Mint Slice biscuits Crushed into fine crumbs
  • 125 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 35 g cocoa powder
  • 290 g dark choc melts For coating
  • 1 piece Aero peppermint block Sliced, for decoration

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the Arnotts Mint Slice biscuits into a food processor and process until reduced to fine crumbs.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk and cocoa powder, processing until the mixture forms a ball.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
Forming the Balls
  1. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Roll 2 teaspoonfuls of the chocolate mixture into balls and place them on the prepared tray.
  3. Refrigerate the balls for another 10 minutes.
Coating with Chocolate
  1. Place the dark choc melts in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on medium, stirring every minute until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Dunk each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip away.
  3. Return the chocolate-coated balls to the tray and top each with a slice of Aero peppermint block.
  4. Let them sit for about 5 minutes to set.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator for up to a week.
